The New 1700 double hung window features the "I" Lock Window Sash Lock. The "I" Lock has a latching and retention feature which makes it easy to determine if the window is locked or unlocked because it locks automatically when the sash is closed.
The new 1700 is also equipped with "Super Spacer" a flexible silicone foam spacer that provides the maximum in perimeter glazing insulation. A stainless steel hardware package, high density perimeter foam on the frame exterior,jamb jacks,and a DP-50 rating
